Purpose

Career Ops is a personal productivity application. Its sole purpose is to automate its developer's own job-search workflow end to end: discovering job postings, scoring each posting for fit, generating a tailored CV and cover letter per application, filling standard application forms, and delivering a daily summary report by email. It is used only by its developer, on the developer's own accounts and data. It has no other users and offers no service to third parties.

Features

Job pipeline — collects remote AI/automation job postings into a private tracker and scores each for fit.
Document generation — produces a tailored CV and cover letter per application from the developer's own master CV.
Form preparation — pre-fills standard application forms with the developer's own answers for review.
Daily report — emails the developer a summary of the day's submissions with the generated documents.

Compliance

Career Ops complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. It does not transfer, sell, or use Google user data for advertising, data mining, or any purpose outside the described features. It processes only the developer's own data.
